I've drafted a crude blueprint that I mean to take in for review, to ensure that rooms are positioned in the most appropriate places to maximize plumbing and atmosphere retention. All that remains is to purchase the land, and learn the skills.

I could spend my hours as an apprentice to a variety of craftsmen if you need more time.

It's still fairly large for only having two bedrooms and bathrooms, with a spacious kitchen, and a large living area with bay windows and a part sketched in that indicates she wants seats built there as well. The bedrooms are on the second story, with a pair of French doors leading to a fenced balcony big enough for a decent set of patio furniture.]

four walls and a roof has always been enough for me, and a bed if i'm lucky. i'll do my best to be sure we have all of those things

Your humble ways are noble, but unnecessary. Do try and think of something nice you would enjoy. A soaking tub, perhaps, or a place to work on your crafts.

it's not noble so much as anything tops a pile of grass on a dirt floor. but yeah, now that you mention it both of those sound nice

Why don't you add them on, and send them back once you're satisfied? The cost isn't an issue, as I'm certain you're aware. I'll take the plans to an architect in the morning for review and corrections.
